Requirements:

• Must possess strong analytic skills and solid C#.Net and SharePoint programming expertise.
• Provide technical leadership on projects, understand and resolve problems of medium to high complexity
• Looking for an individual who will be tasked to develop SharePoint applications using C# and ASP.Net by attending and participating in design and analysis meetings. Create functional requirements and technical specifications and Design, analyze and develop application
• Must be very strong in effectively diagnosing application problems under business urgency.
• Must be self-driven and ambitious to learn new business and technology solutions. The role will require a strong adaptability to evolving priorities.
• Create technical documentation in support of the development process
• Attend and participate in troubleshooting sessions with support personnel
Qualification Required
• Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience
• 6+ years of .Net programming experience in SharePoint/.Net/C#/ASP.Net and Object-Oriented development. Should be able to prove clear understanding of SharePoint programing concepts and it?s practical application
• 3+ years of experience in developing solutions in SharePoint 2007 and 2010
• Experience in developing web parts, features, solutions, site definitions, page layouts and custom content types
• Strong SharePoint development and customization skills
• C #, ASP.Net, MS SQL 2005/2008 , Java Script, jQuery, JSON  development experience
• Experience with NHibernate/ORM or Entity Framework.
• Experience in XML, XSLT
• Experience in Team Foundation Server a plus
• Strong analysis and design experience. Should be able to explain from previous projects worked.
• Strong relational database experience and development; SQL Server 2008 R2 or newer preferred. Experience in writing stored procedures, functions and query performance analysis and tuning.
• Experience with Windows Services, WCF and SOA plus
• Proven work experience on an enterprise-level projects
• Strong Communication Skills and Analytical skills
Nice to have
• Experience in Unit Testing Framework (such as N Unit),Source Control (TFS) is preferred

Skills Required

Technical Skills

1. Minimum 10 years end-to-end web development experience.

4. Familiarity with client-side technologies including but not limited to HTML, CSS and Javascript libraries/frameworks such as jQuery, jQueryUI, and Bootstrap. Experience with HTML5 and responsive web design preferred.
5. Minimum 5 years experience with relational database design and development (SQL Server).
6. Experience working in agile/scrum programming environment.

Job Description

 

Blue Lava is seeking a highly motivated Network Engineer. The Network Engineer will be responsible for deploying, managing, and ensuring stability of the local/wide area network infrastructure technologies to provide high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability to effectively and efficiently support mission critical business systems. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a high level of competence in LAN/WAN technologies, routing and switching platforms, troubleshooting critical issues, and coordination of implementation and be able to performs moves, adds and changes of equipment and systems specifically following the company change management policies.

 

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain performance & capacity
  • Work with vendors and cross-functional teams for on-going design efforts and systems support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service level and/or critical and system related issues
  • Document projects including scope, costs, schedule, testing and terms of delivery to ensure project is completed with the highest level of quality, on time and within budget
  • Will participate in an on-call/standby rotation and is expected to respond after hours for service restoration, troubleshooting and/or repair of all necessary equipment
  • Provides technical guidance to other organizations within Blue Lava
  • Test and validate all new hardware, software and connections for proper configuration and performance
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on all networking equipment such as software and equipment upgrades and assist with such maintenance

Qualifications
